Shipping policy
Tumblers and drink ware
All custom tumbler orders will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase.
this includes design preparation,application,epoxy curing, and packaging. Please note that complex designs or high order volume may slightly extend processing time. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped.
Ear Beauties
Due to the unique creations of each beauty, production of each item is 7-10 business days. Some designs may exceed due to the uniqueness.
Apparel
Normal turnaround time for custom t-shirts, polos, hats, and apparel is 8-15 business days(with an average being 10 business days) starting when you process your payment and approve your design proofs.
- Rush orders: rush services may be available for an extra fee if you need your order faster.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for orders over $25 within 15 mile radius. For orders under $25 we charge $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 1pm-5pm on Mondays. We will contact you via text message/email with the phone number/email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, UK, EU, and Brazil.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. L&A Unique Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us
via email with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at the moment.
